Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday – Friday

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care to support the development, recovery, and improvement of daily living skills
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients throughout the course of treatment

• Active New Mexico COTA licensure or eligibility to practice in the state
• Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
• Must maintain a visible photo badge while on facility premises at all times
• Active NM Caregivers account required prior to placement

• Previous experience in a similar care setting is preferred
• Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards in a regulated healthcare environment
