Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support residents in achieving functional goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive resident care
Required Qualifications- Active COTA licensure in the state of Wisconsin or ability to obtain prior to start
- Certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in SNF environments
