Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the delivery of occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
• Support patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills
• Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and progress

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification through NBCOT
• Active Maryland state licensure or eligibility to obtain
• Previous clinical experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
