Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support patient care goals

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification through NBCOT
• Active and unrestricted state licensure in Montana
• Experience working in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation environment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a long-term care or post-acute care setting
• Familiarity with documentation and therapy management software
