Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising OT
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and progress
- Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for patients
Required Qualifications- Active COTA licensure or certification in the state of New Jersey
- Current NBCOT certification
- Experience providing occupational therapy assistant services in a clinical setting
- Ability to meet a 30-hour weekly guarantee commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar contract or travel therapy role
- Strong documentation and communication skills
