Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising OT
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and progress
• Maintain a safe and supportive therapeutic environment for patients

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure or certification in the state of New Jersey
• Current NBCOT certification
• Experience providing occupational therapy assistant services in a clinical setting
• Ability to meet a 30-hour weekly guarantee commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar contract or travel therapy role
• Strong documentation and communication skills
