Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo ID badge at all times while on site
• Present a valid state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification in good standing
• Active Colorado state licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (or eligibility)
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at time of assignment start

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a contract or travel therapy setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
