Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services within an acute care setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate and deliver quality patient care
• Support delivery of rehabilitation services to patients in a rural healthcare environment

Required Qualifications

• Active Louisiana COTA license required and must be in hand prior to start date
• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) credential required
• Ability to begin assignment as soon as possible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• 2 or more years of occupational therapy assistant experience preferred; new graduates are welcome to apply
• Prior inpatient or outpatient therapy experience preferred
