Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
• Maintain valid state licensure and required credentials throughout the duration of the assignment
• Present a state or federal issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure in the state of California
• Current NBCOT certification
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a high-demand or fast-paced care environment
• Strong documentation and communication skills
