Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
• Maintain a valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA licensure or certification in the state of California
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
• Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday during day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a facility-based or registry setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
