Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | 36 Hours Guaranteed Per Week
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy assistant services to residents in a long-term care setting
- Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident rehabilitation goals
Required Qualifications
- Current COTA certification through NBCOT
- Active and unrestricted Montana state license or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience working in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or PACS setting
- Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience working with veteran populations
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
