Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services to residents in a long-term care setting
• Implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident rehabilitation goals

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification through NBCOT
• Active and unrestricted Montana state license or eligibility to obtain one
• Experience working in a skilled nursing, long-term care, or PACS setting
• Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working with veteran populations
• Familiarity with electronic medical records and clinical documentation systems
