Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities and independence in daily living activities
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support comprehensive patient care goals
• Educate patients and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification in good standing
• Active Oregon state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Current BLS/CPR certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous travel or contract therapy experience
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) documentation systems
