Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Monday through Friday | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
• Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
• Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients at all times

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure or certification in the state of New Hampshire
• Current state or federally issued photo identification required for facility access
• Ability to wear a visible photo badge at all times while on site
• Minimum guaranteed availability of 35 hours per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
• Strong communication and documentation skills
