Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)

Contract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Onsite | Days | Monday – Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions as directed
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with facility standards
- Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and outcomes
- Adhere to all facility policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements including wearing a visible photo ID badge at all times
Required Qualifications
- Current COTA certification in good standing
- Active New Hampshire state licensure or eligibility to practice in NH
- Valid state or federally issued photo identification required for facility access
- Minimum 35-hour weekly availability to meet guaranteed hours requirement
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
