Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
- Assist the supervising Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
- Support residents in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills
Required Qualifications- Current COTA certification in good standing
- Active California state licensure or eligibility to practice in California
- Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment
- 3 professional references from the 3 most recent employers required for submission
Preferred Experience / Skills- Minimum of one completed 13-week travel or contract assignment in a skilled nursing facility
- Prior experience working with geriatric or post-acute rehabilitation populations
