Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing and rehabilitation setting
• Assist the supervising Occupational Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory requirements
• Support residents in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification in good standing
• Active California state licensure or eligibility to practice in California
• Ability to work in a skilled nursing facility environment
• 3 professional references from the 3 most recent employers required for submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Minimum of one completed 13-week travel or contract assignment in a skilled nursing facility
• Prior experience working with geriatric or post-acute rehabilitation populations
