Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care and document progress toward therapeutic goals
• Support patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills
• Maintain valid state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification (NBCOT)
• Active Maryland state licensure or eligibility to practice in Maryland
• 35-hour weekly availability with flexibility across Sunday through Saturday scheduling
• Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at time of assignment

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific protocols and workflows
