Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care and document progress toward therapeutic goals
- Support patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills
- Maintain valid state or federal issued identification and wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications
- Current COTA certification (NBCOT)
- Active Maryland state licensure or eligibility to practice in Maryland
- 35-hour weekly availability with flexibility across Sunday through Saturday scheduling
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required at time of assignment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to facility-specific protocols and workflows
