Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient rehabilitation and functional goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Maintain valid state identification or federal-issued ID and wear a photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA certification (NBCOT)
• Active Maryland state license or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Maryland
• Minimum 35-hour weekly availability guaranteed
• Must provide a valid state or federal-issued photo identification upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a contract or registry staffing capacity
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to facility protocols and workflows
