Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to residents in skilled nursing and assisted/independent living settings
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident goals and overall well-being
• Assist in the assessment and modification of daily living activities to promote resident independence

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure in the state of California
• Current NBCOT certification
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
• Experience working in assisted or independent living environments
• Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel or contract therapy experience
• Familiarity with geriatric patient populations
