Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and applicable regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Active COTA certification through NBCOT
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in New Jersey
- Experience delivering occupational therapy assistant services in a clinical setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in a split or multi-site assignment setting
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
