Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5 days/week with 32-hour guarantee

Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans as developed and directed by the supervising Occupational Therapist
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and relevant clinical observations in accordance with facility standards
• Assist patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills
• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and progress

Required Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA in Colorado
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work a consistent day shift schedule, 5 days per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or allied health setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
