Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans to support residents in achieving functional goals
Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective resident care
Required Qualifications
Active COTA licensure in the state of Oregon
Current NBCOT certification
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract beginning in early September
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract therapy experience
Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems used in SNF environments
