Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy treatment to residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' daily living and functional skills
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to support resident rehabilitation goals
- Educate residents and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Active Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) certification
- Active Oregon state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start date
- Experience working in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous travel or contract therapy experience
- Familiarity with SNF documentation and Medicare compliance requirements
