Provide occupational therapy treatment services to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Implement individualized treatment plans to support residents in achieving functional goals
Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and clinical notes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure comprehensive resident care
Educate residents and family members on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications
Active COTA licensure in the state of Oregon or eligibility to obtain
Current NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Experience working in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
Current CPR/BLS certification
Ability to fulfill a 13-week contract commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills
Prior travel or contract therapy experience
Familiarity with SNF documentation and Medicare compliance requirements
