Key Responsibilities- Assist in the delivery of occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure continuity of patient care
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, including wearing a photo ID badge at all times while on site
Required Qualifications- Current COTA certification in good standing
- Active state licensure or eligibility to practice in New Hampshire
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a facility or clinical setting
- Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced or high-need environment
