    Contract | Days | Onsite | Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care Setting

    Key Responsibilities
    • Assist in implementing individualized therapy plans designed by the supervising Occupational Therapist.
    • Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, activities, and treatments.
    • Monitor patient progress and communicate feedback to the supervising Occupational Therapist.
    • Educate patients and their families on therapeutic activities, techniques, and care instructions.
    • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated and optimal patient outcomes.
    • Document patient progress and treatment interventions, modifying plans as necessary under Occupational Therapist guidance.
    Required Qualifications
    • Associate's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
    • Current Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license in the state of Washington.
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
    Preferred Experience / Skills
    • Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is a plus.
