Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions as directed by the supervising OT
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and progress

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification through the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
• Active and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a COTA in New Jersey
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract assignment
• Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week during day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
