Key Responsibilities- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care to support functional independence in daily activities
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
Required Qualifications- Active COTA licensure in the state of Illinois
- Current NBCOT certification
- Experience delivering occupational therapy services in a clinical setting
Preferred Experience / Skills- Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation environment
- Strong documentation and communication skills
