Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status and outcomes
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients at all times
Required Qualifications- Current COTA certification from NBCOT
- Active and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in New Hampshire
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
- Must wear a photo badge at all times while on site
Preferred Experience / Skills- Previous experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients and care teams
