Schedule / Job Type
Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday schedule preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans for short-term and long-term residents under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team
- Maintain compliance with facility policies, Medicare guidelines, and applicable regulatory standards
- Complete clinical documentation in Net Health per facility standards
Required Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license in the state of California
- Strong documentation and time-management skills
- Flexible and collaborative mindset with the ability to adapt to a large, dynamic care environment
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience are welcome; mentorship is available
