Key Responsibilities- Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care to support functional independence and rehabilitation goals
- Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient outcomes
- Adhere to all facility policies, including identification and badging requirements at all times while on site
Required Qualifications- Current and valid COTA certification
- Active California state licensure or eligibility
- Valid state or federal issued photo identification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule across any day of the week, including weekends
- Minimum 35-hour weekly availability in alignment with guaranteed hours
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a registry or travel therapy setting
- Familiarity with skilled nursing or rehabilitation facility environments
