Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy assistant services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans to support patient functional goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Maintain a valid state or federal issued photo identification and wear a facility-issued photo badge at all times while on site

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure or certification as required by the state of California
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including any day of the week (Sunday through Saturday)
• Must present a valid state or federal issued photo ID upon arrival at the facility

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience working in a registry or contract staffing capacity
• Familiarity with documentation and compliance standards in a clinical setting
