Key Responsibilities- Implement treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
- Assist patients with therapeutic activities to improve daily living (ADLs) and motor skills
- Monitor and document patient progress and report updates to the supervising OT
- Instruct patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and home exercise programs
- Use adaptive equipment and therapeutic modalities as directed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulations
- Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Adhere to federal, state, and facility policies, including infection control standards
