Key Responsibilities- Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions to support functional independence
- Document patient progress and treatment outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
- Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs
Required Qualifications- Active COTA licensure or certification in the state of California
- Current NBCOT certification in good standing
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekdays and weekends
- Strong clinical documentation skills
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment
