Contract (13 Weeks) | Days | Full-Time | Onsite
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately
- Assist patients in developing, recovering, or maintaining daily living and work skills
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Current COTA licensure in the state of California
- NBCOT certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
- Ability to fulfill a 36-hour weekly guarantee
- Availability to work any day of the week, including weekends
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Previous experience in a similar clinical or rehabilitation setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective patient and team interaction
