Contract | Days | Full-Time | Onsite | 5 days/week, expected 32 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions to support functional recovery and independence
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Current COTA certification through NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy)
• Active state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in Florida
• Ability to work a consistent day-shift schedule, 5 days per week

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a similar care setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment
