Key Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
• Assist in evaluating patient functional abilities and adapting therapeutic interventions as needed
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA certification through NBCOT
• Active and valid state licensure or eligibility to practice in Maryland
• Previous clinical experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
