Schedule / Job TypeContract (13 Weeks) | Full-Time | Days | Monday – Friday | Onsite
Key Responsibilities- Provide occupational therapy treatment services to patients under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with established goals and clinical guidelines
- Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner
- Communicate effectively with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team regarding patient status
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients at all times
Required Qualifications- Active COTA certification from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT)
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in West Virginia
- Current state or federal issued photo identification required for facility access
- Ability to meet a 35-hour weekly guarantee commitment
Preferred Experience / Skills- Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
