Provide occupational therapy assistant services to patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, including those recovering from neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and debility-related conditions
Work with a diverse patient population including geriatric, adult, and pediatric patients (ages 13 and older)
Utilize advanced rehabilitation equipment including EKSO, InMotion UE Robotic, and body weight support systems
Document patient care and progress using UDS and Epic electronic health record systems
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary rehab team to support individualized patient recovery goals and functional improvement
Required Qualifications
Active COTA licensure/certification required
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant
Experience treating neurological, orthopedic, cardiac, and debility diagnoses
Familiarity with high-tech rehabilitation equipment and robotic therapy devices
Strong teamwork, communication, work ethic, and professional responsibility
