Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care to support functional improvement and independence in daily activities
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Communicate effectively with the supervising OT and interdisciplinary team regarding patient status and plan of care

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA certification through NBCOT
• Active New Jersey state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Expected 30 hours per week throughout the duration of the contract
