Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist in accordance with state and federal regulations and facility guidelines
Implement therapy interventions per the OT plan of care
Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
Assist with patient and family education
Communicate patient status updates to the supervising OT
Follow all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Active state COTA license or ability to obtain prior to start
Strong teamwork and patient care skills
