Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care to support functional recovery and rehabilitation goals
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA certification through NBCOT
• Active and unrestricted New Jersey state licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Ability to fulfill a 14-week contract commitment
• Availability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Strong documentation and communication skills
