Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide direct patient care and therapeutic interventions in alignment with established care plans
• Document patient progress, treatment sessions, and any changes in patient condition accurately and in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support patient goals and outcomes
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure or certification in good standing
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a similar clinical or facility-based setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working within a multidisciplinary team
