Minimum Requirements:

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active State License is required to start the position.
• BLS Certification may be required from AHA or ARC.
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) setting preferred; new graduates welcome.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
