Key Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Provide skilled occupational therapy interventions to support patient recovery and functional independence
• Document patient progress accurately and in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques and home exercise programs

Required Qualifications

• Active COTA licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
• NBCOT certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Ability to work day shift hours

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Previous experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility setting
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
