Minimum Requirements
- Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Hamden, Connecticut offers convenient access to outdoor recreation and nearby city amenities.
