Deliver OT treatments under the supervision of an OT
Assist patients with ADLs, upper-extremity function, and adaptive strategies
Monitor patient progress and communicate with supervising OT
Document treatments accuratelyQualifications
Associate's Degree from an accredited OTA program
Active (or pending) state COTA license
SNF experience preferred, not requiredCompensation & Benefits
