Job Title: CRT Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: CRT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 3-5 years preferred License: NH state license required Certifications: BLS required ACLS and PALS preferred CRTT and RRT preferred Must-Have: Epic charting experience required Description: Responsible for providing respiratory therapy in an acute care community hospital. Work with a patient population that ranges from infants to geriatrics. Participate in the management of adult critical care and trauma cases. Administer nebulizer treatments, high flow oxygen, NIV, cough assist, IPV, and assist with intubations and bronchoscopy. Provide mechanical ventilation support and manage in-house transport of mechanically ventilated patients. Demonstrate competency in pediatric emergency care only if qualified. Utilize respiratory therapy-driven protocols. Experience with airway management, medication administration, ventilator management, ABGs, oxygen therapy, suctioning, and pulmonary toileting is required. Familiarity with specific equipment such as Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Servo I, and LTV 1200/HT70 is preferred. Commit to working every other weekend and ensure patient care excellence through effective teamwork and communication. Candidate must adhere to all facility policies and procedures. Background checks and drug screening are required prior to employment.
