VeeAR Health is seeking a travel Certified Surgical Technologist for a travel job in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.
Shift Notes: Days: 12 Hrs: to work primarily day shift, 36 hours per week
Weekend Requirements: For on call
On Call Requirements: On call on nights, weekends and potentially holidays
Job Description:
Provides peri-operative care of surgical patients, under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Assures physical environment is appropriately prepared before patient arrival.
Assists RN with developing plan of care. Follows procedures to ensure patient and employee safety.
Type of Cases: Cases are GI, Gen, Ortho, Spine, GYN, Urology, Podiatry and C-sections primarily. No robotic cases.
Requirements
2+ years of OR experience - [REQUIRED]
BLS - [REQUIRED]
Endo Experience - [PREFERRED]
Travel Experience - [PREFERRED]
NBSTSA - [PREFERRED]
