description:
Provides assistance in providing patient care during labor, delivery and recovery. Performs surgical scrub duties, maintains acceptable levels of supplies, and provides turnover of patient areas. Assists in the operating room with obstetrics/gynecology (OB/GYN) related surgery. Assists with patient care before and after surgery.

Day Shift, 36 or 48, shift 0630-1900 or 1830-07 (90% of shifts will be 0630-1900), Needs to be a Certified Surgical Technician- someone who has worked in L&D and is able to scrub in a C/SectionEducation and Work School Education/GED or equivalent: RequiredAssociate?s/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education/related experience: PreferredLicenses/ Technician or Obstetrical Technician certification: PreferredCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from approved vendor per AH policy: RequiredFacility Specific License/ Life Support (BLS)?certification from approved vendor per AH policy: Required
