Position / Specialty : Ambulatory OR CST Shift: manager will accept 3x12s 630a-7p, or 4x10s, Days 630a-5p; one late week per 4 weeks - to complete cases. Weekend REQ: No weekends Is on-call REQ? (Y/N) No Will clinician float within scope to meet facility needs? Possibility of floating within Periop facility Open to accommodating block schedule? (Y/N) per manager's discretion Certs REQ: NBSTSA, BLS, **radiation badge needs to be provided by parent company # of ORs- 9 Years of experience REQ: 2 Certs REQ: NBSTSA, BLS, **radiation badge needs to be provided by parent company Experience preferred: Ophthalmology, Ortho, ENT, GYN, GU, Endocrine, Surgical Oncology First-timers accepted: No Locals accepted: (Y/N) What is the local radius rule? Yes. 50 miles RTO Restrictions: All RTO must be included at the time of submission. Approval will be based on facility s needs Guaranteed hours-Traveler may be called off 10 hours per 2-week period. *May be required to precept a care team member in the operating room Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season, all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams. If this is a problem, please ensure travelers do not confirm a new or ext assignment during the season. Hurricane season runs from June through November each year. The peak months for hurricane activity are August and September.
