OR NEURO Tech Shift: 4 x 10 Day 0700-1700 Start Date: ASAP - weekly orientation LOCAL RATE WITHIN 60 MILES OF FACILITY MUST HAVE NEURO/SPINE SKILLS On Call: up to 6 calls per 6 week schedule - must be able to respond within 60 minutes; Certs Required: BLS, NBSTSA heavily preferred Skills Required: NEURO Scrub, Aseptic Technique Must have a 4's on skills check list for Neuro Surgery: Anterior cervical fusion, burr holes, cervical fusion, craniotomy, deep brain stimulation, insertion of VP shunt, laminectomy/discectomy, lumbar fusion, stereotactic radiosurgery, Posterior Fossa Decompression, ALIF, and MIS Surgery Cases Required: General, Ortho, Neuro, Plastics (Send as Screen if no Plastics experience) Work Setting Experience Preferred: Inpatient, Outpatient, Teaching Hospital, Community Hospital, Children's Hospital Top three services are Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, and Plastics, particularly reconstructive. Neurosurgery and Orthopedics include spine surgery as well. We have an Xi as well as an Si robot and two Ortho/Neuro robots and a deep brain surgery robot. Charting: Cerner Will accept 1st time travelers Scrubs: Provided RTO: 3 days per 13wk contract
